Intlvac Thin Film Welcomes Daniel Nelson to US Sales Team
Intlvac Thin Film is pleased to welcome Daniel Nelson PhD to our US Sales Team. Operating out of our Fort Collins, Colorado office, Dan holds the position of National Account Manager with a focus on cultivating business for our thin film deposition and etch systems.
Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 2010 and obtained a PhD in Chemical Physics from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2017. His research focused on quantum chemistry and spectroscopy, specifically photoelectron spectroscopy of aromatic anions in the gas phase. Since his graduation, Dan held the position of Account Manager at Leybold for a number of Rocky Mountain and Pacific Northwest states, before joining Intlvac Thin Film.
“The addition of Dan to our sales team rounds out an impressive group of sales professionals with the scientific background required to develop the growing nanotechnology systems side of Intlvac’s business,” explains Intlvac Thin Film President, Dino Deligiannis. “With the explosive growth of the sensor, optics and semi-conductor industries, the addition of Dan in a prominent sales role will help capture the business for which Intlvac is ideally suited.”
